Metropolis Research is committed to ensuring that the privacy of the people it engages with is respected by complying all times with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth), and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).

The kind of personal information we collect will vary depending on the reason for its collection. For most people the information collected will be limited to their name and contact details. We collect more detailed information from our employees for employment purposes.
Anyone who has personal information on file at Metropolis Research has a right to access that information. However, we will not release an individual’s personal information except
with the consent of the person

We may ask you check and update the personal information that we hold about you. You can also contact us to ask for your personal information on file to be corrected.
We will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information we have on file once we no longer need the information, unless we are required by law to retain it.
